Timer audit: see why a timer started or stopped
HR has a new Timer Audit tab. Every timer start, pause and stop is now recorded with what caused it: the person themselves, punching out on the biometric device, another timer being started, the night auto-pause, a QC handoff and so on. Open anyone's day to see their punches and timer changes side by side, and use the "Stopped while back" and "Ran while out" views to find timers that were paused even though the person had come back, or kept running after they left.
- newSettings20 Oct
See how much AI each feature uses
Admins have a new Settings → AI Usage page. It shows how many AI tokens the app used and the estimated cost, broken down by feature (Anton, proposal writing, project setup, recruitment scoring and more), by AI model and by day, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the last year.
- fixedProjects20 Oct
Projects from large proposals now get their tasks
Converting a proposal with a long scope document into a project could finish with no phases or tasks, even though setup said the plan was ready. Long scopes are now read in full, and if the plan still can't be built, setup tells you it failed instead of showing an empty project.
- newProjects19 Oct
Meeting minutes from meetX on each project
Projects have a new Meetings tab. Meetings recorded in meetX and linked to the project show up there automatically, with the summary, decisions, action items (owner and due date), attendees and the full transcript. Everyone who can open the project can read them.
- fixedProjects16 Oct
Assigning a task now assigns its subtasks too
When you assign or reassign a task, its unassigned subtasks — and any the previous assignee had — move to the new person, so they can start them straight away. Finished or running subtasks, and ones given to someone else, stay as they are. New subtasks on an assigned task go to that task's assignee, and team members now see their own name on subtasks assigned to them instead of "Current assignee".
- improvedHR16 Oct
Delete an onboarding started by mistake
Onboarding and offboarding checklists can now be deleted. Hover a checklist under Active Checklists and click the bin icon, or open it and click Delete. The checklist and its items are removed; the employee record stays as it is.
- newHR16 Oct
Filter the People directory and keep your default
The People list now has a view picker — All, Active, On Probation, Serving Notice, Exited and Incomplete Profiles — with a count for each. Click the star next to a view to make it your default, and the People tab will open on it every time, on any device. Exited employees are hidden unless you pick All or Exited.
- improvedResources15 Oct
Clearer Skill Matrix
The Skill Matrix is now a heatmap — darker cells mean stronger skills — with angled skill names so many more fit on screen. People without any skills are hidden by default (toggle "Only people with skills"), the people with the most skills come first, and hovering highlights the row and column. Click any cell to see how the score was built or to remove a declared skill, and click a skill name to rank people by it.
- fixedHR15 Oct
Employees who have left no longer show in daily attendance
Once someone is marked as exited, they disappear from Team Attendance after their exit day and are no longer marked Absent every working day. Their attendance up to and including the exit day is kept.
- fixedProjects15 Oct
Timers no longer pause early after a short punch-out
Stepping out and punching back in within 5 minutes now always keeps your timer running. The biometric device's clock runs a little behind, which made the 5 minutes run out early. When a timer is paused, a red bar now stays at the top of every page with a Resume timer button, and the browser tab flashes so you notice it from other tabs.
- newResources15 Oct
Dynamic skill scores and team recommendations
A Skill Agent now scores everyone 0–100 per skill, every night, from the work they actually track (how much, how recently, how complex), how close they land to estimates, QC bugs and verified certifications — shown next to the declared level in the Skill Matrix, with a hover explaining each score. Use Find people to rank the best available people for a set of skills, and team suggestions on a project now weigh these scores. Everyone can see their own scores and add certifications under My Tasks → Skills; a PM or HR verifies them from the Skill Matrix.
- fixedProjects14 Oct
QC workflow: tasks show up in My Tasks, and developers can't undo QC's work
Tasks waiting for QC now appear in the QC person's My Tasks, and tasks QC returned with open bugs appear in the developer's, even without a due date. A task's developer — including a project manager developing it — can no longer delete QC's screenshots, files or comments, delete a task that has been through QC, take a task back from QC by reassigning it, pick their own tester, or switch a development task to another type. Only QC edits the QC side and only the developer edits the unit test and dev statuses; admins can still override.
- fixedProjects14 Oct
QC bug statuses: each side updates only its own
On a bug QC reported, only the developer can change the Dev status, and only QC can change the QC status and the bug details. A developer can no longer mark their own bugs verified or delete them, even with a project manager role.
- fixedProjects14 Oct
QC: report bugs and return tasks from the task itself
Clicking a "sent a task to QC" or task-assigned notification now opens the task in its project. While testing, QC has a Report bug button right in the QC section (description, steps to reproduce, screenshots), and Return to dev opens the bug form when nothing has been reported yet. Tasks opened from My Tasks now show the developer, QC, open bugs and unit-test notes, and stopping a development task's timer there pauses it instead of moving it to In Review.
- newProjects14 Oct
QC workflow for development tasks
Mark a task as Development and it now goes through QC before it can be closed. The developer notes what they unit-tested and sends it to QC; the project's QC (set on the Team tab) times their own testing and reports bugs with steps to reproduce and screenshots in the new Bugs tab. QC either returns the task to the developer to fix, or passes it to Done. Developer and QC hours are tracked separately: the task History shows Sent to QC / Returned to dev / Passed QC and QC testing time, and the HR Monthly report and Performance Report PDFs now show each person's dev vs QC time, QC returns and bugs.
- improvedProjects14 Oct
Set your own hours and dates for a CR or ASOW
In the change request / additional scope chat, open “Hours & timeline” and enter the total hours your team committed to, plus the start and delivery dates. The AI then splits exactly those hours across the work in the chat and the document instead of estimating its own total. When you approve, the tasks add up to your hours and are scheduled on working days (weekends and holidays skipped) between your start and delivery dates.
- improvedProjects14 Oct
Related requirements now land as one task with subtasks
When a project is created from a proposal, a CR or ASOW is approved, or a client SRS is imported, related and dependent requirements are grouped into one parent task with each requirement as a subtask, instead of one small task per requirement. Hours still add up to the same totals. To tidy an existing project, select two or more tasks that haven’t been started in the task list and choose “Group into parent task” (project leads, PMs and admins).
- improvedAI Chat12 Oct
Anton’s multi-part Excel reports come as one workbook
When you ask Anton for an Excel report covering several things (for example performance, attendance and a project’s overdue tasks), you now get a single .xlsx file with one sheet per part instead of separate files. Ask for CSV and you get one clearly named file per part.
- newAI Chat12 Oct
Ask Anton for a downloadable CSV or Excel report
Describe the report you need in plain words — for example “a performance report of employees for last month with work done, on-time completion, hours worked and pending tasks, as a CSV” — and Anton picks the columns, builds the file and gives you a download link in the chat. Say “Excel” to get an .xlsx with a frozen header and filters. Numbers come straight from the system, not retyped by the AI. Reports stay downloadable for 7 days.
- improvedAI Chat12 Oct
Anton can now answer questions about anything in Apro OS
Ask Anton about any data in the system, not just the built-in reports. It can summarise attendance (when people check in and out, who is late or absent), what someone has been working on and for how long, how they are performing (on-time rate, completed tasks, review ratings, goals), and explain why a project is delayed with the evidence ranked. For anything else it looks up the data itself. Passwords, vault entries, private messages, salary and payroll, bank details and credentials stay off-limits.
- improvedSettings12 Oct
One AI provider setting now covers every AI feature
Settings → CRM → “AI Provider” now switches every AI feature between Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude, including resume scoring in Recruitment, which previously only worked with Gemini. The unused “AI Model” picker under lead categorization has been removed.
- newProjects12 Oct
Create a project straight from a client’s SRS
When a client or partner sends a finalized SRS, open Projects → “From client SRS”, upload the Word or PDF file, and enter the total hours you proposed to the client and the delivery date. An AI agent reads the document, builds the task list grouped into phases and modules, divides the proposed hours across the tasks and schedules them on working days up to the delivery date. You review everything first: rename, add or delete tasks, change hours and redistribute. It also flags any SRS requirement no task covers, and tells you when the delivery date needs more than one person. Then create the project. The tasks load into the project like any other, and the SRS is attached under Files. Team leads can do this themselves and are set as the project’s lead.
- improvedDoc Formatter9 Oct
Formatted documents are portrait only, and long tables split across pages
Wide tables no longer get their own landscape page. Every page is now portrait A4. A table too long for the rest of a page continues onto the next page, with the header row repeated, instead of jumping to a fresh page and leaving a gap. This works in both the preview and the downloaded PDF. Documents you formatted before this change pick it up automatically.
- improvedProjects9 Oct
Projects overview lists only overdue tasks
The "Action items" list on the Projects overview is now "Overdue tasks". It shows only overdue tasks from the projects you're on (admins see all projects), oldest first, with the project and assignee. Milestones awaiting invoices no longer appear here. Track those in Finance. Tasks on hold or blocked are left out.
- newContracts9 Oct
Contract and Annexure agents
Each contract now has an Assistant tab with two agents. The Annexure agent writes Annexure-A for the project. It starts from a standard checklist for each service type you pick (website, e-commerce, mobile app, software, hosting). It then reads the project's approved scope, change requests, tech stack, logged effort and support tickets, and adds maintenance tasks specific to that project. It also proposes hours, an SLA, what is included and excluded, and the commercials. The Contract agent fills in the standard agreement for the client: term, value, address, signatory and execution date. Neither agent changes anything until you review its proposal and apply the parts you want. Everything stays editable in the new Annexure tab, and you can download Annexure-A as a PDF. A new "AMC Agreement (Application Maintenance Services)" template holds the standard agreement wording.
- fixedContracts9 Oct
Contract PDFs show the real client and company details again
Downloaded contract PDFs once again show the client name, address, dates, GSTIN and signatories in the agreement text, instead of placeholders like {{client_name}}. Changing a contract's amount or dates now also updates its upcoming unpaid payments.
- newContracts9 Oct
AMC contracts create monthly maintenance tasks in the project
An active AMC linked to a project now adds its maintenance tasks to that project every month, in a "Maintenance" phase, assigned to the team lead. Tasks arrive on the 10th, or the nearest working day if the 10th is a weekend or holiday. Each task carries its estimated hours, and quarterly or yearly tasks appear only in the months they are due. The lead can use "Suggest assignees" to spread the work across the team. Turn an AMC on or off with the Active switch, or pause it. Pausing or switching off takes effect at once: open maintenance tasks go On Hold, timers stop, and no new tasks or invoices are created until it is active again. Set how long the contract is valid and a monthly hours allowance. Unused hours can optionally roll over. The lead is warned at 80% and 100% of the allowance. Edit, add or remove the recurring tasks from the contract's Monthly Tasks tab.
- newFinance9 Oct
AMC invoices to raise
Finance is notified when an active AMC's pre-paid period starts. The new AMC Invoices tab lists the periods to invoice. Add your invoice number and mark each one invoiced, then mark it paid when the money arrives. Marking it paid records the income, as before.
- fixedHR9 Oct
Timesheet shows running timers on tasks without subtasks
An employee's weekly timesheet now shows "Timer running" when their timer is on a task without subtasks, such as a support ticket task. Before, it only did this for subtasks. The task with the running timer is now listed first instead of at the bottom.
- improvedSupport9 Oct
Support tickets: team-lead triage, type-based deadlines and tracked hours
Log every client request as a support ticket, with the client's name and company. The project's team lead, a PM or the CTO triages it from the ticket panel: they set the type, project, estimated hours and assignee. The type sets the deadline: How-To / Password Reset within 1 business day, Bug / Account Issue within 3 business days, Complex Technical within 1 week, Critical Incident within 4–72 hours. No ticket is due more than 7 days out. Triage creates a task in the project's Support module showing the ticket type and priority. The assignee runs its timer, so support hours appear in timesheets and project effort. Only the team lead, a PM or the CTO can close a ticket, and closing it finishes the task. A new Needs Triage tab lists tickets still waiting for triage.
- improvedProjects9 Oct
Delivered milestones no longer show as overdue in Projects
In a project, a milestone past its due date is only marked Overdue while some of its tasks are still open. Once all its tasks are done it shows "Tasks done · Payment pending" instead, and the countdown moves on to the next milestone with work left. Late payments are still flagged under Finance → Revenue (AR overdue).
- newProjects9 Oct
See which tasks are holding up a milestone
On a project's Milestones tab, click a milestone's task progress or "View tasks" to see every task counted toward it, grouped by phase. It opens on the pending tasks, with blocked and in-progress work first, and shows who each task is assigned to and its due date (overdue in red). Switch to Done or All, and click any task to open it.
- fixedProjects8 Oct
Time requests no longer blocked by a timer on a deleted subtask
If a subtask was deleted while its timer was running, the timer was treated as still running forever, so every worked-hours request was rejected with "overlaps a timer you currently have running". Those requests now go through, and deleting a running subtask now stops its timer first and keeps the time already logged.
- newCRM8 Oct
Turn AMC, Investment and Contacts on or off in a scope document
In a proposal, open Terms, Investment or Contacts and use the "Include in scope" switch to show or hide that section in the generated scope document. The preview and PDF update right away and section numbers close up. Switching AMC off also hides the AI-written AMC paragraph. Your details and any Live-Edit changes are kept, so switching a section back on brings it back exactly as it was.
- improvedProjects1 Oct
Deliverables are now a sign-off checklist, not extra hours
When a project is created from a scope document, each phase's Deliverables are now added as 0-hour checklist items due on the last day of the phase, so you can tick them off at client sign-off. All of the phase's hours now go to the actual work tasks instead of being split with the documents that work produces.
September 2026
- improvedCRM29 Sept
Proposals spell out when AMC starts, warranty and billing cycle
Development proposals now state that AMC starts right after UAT and client sign-off, and that the move to production happens once the AMC contract is live. In a proposal's Maintenance Terms, pick whether it's a Website or an App: websites show the first year of AMC included in the project cost and yearly billing after that, while apps show monthly billing. Set a Warranty period in months (it starts at go-live), with a default you can change in CRM Settings.
- newHR22 Sept
Performance report PDFs for many employees at once
In HR → Reports, click Performance PDF, pick a month or a custom date range, tick the employees you want, and the reports are generated in the background — one PDF per employee, delivered together as a ZIP. A progress bar under the toolbar shows how many are done and who is being generated right now; when it finishes you get a Download button. You can leave the page and come back — the job keeps running and the download is still there.
- improvedProjects1 Sept
Read the full title of long tasks
Tasks with long names — like the ones generated from an ASOW or change request — now show their complete title: hover a task in the list to see it in a tooltip, or open the task and the title wraps in full instead of being cut off.
- fixedEstimates1 Sept
Saving an estimate works again
Editing an estimate — client details, line items, totals, or status — no longer fails with an error when you hit Save.

- newAI27 Aug
Speak to Anton, and ask it to make changes
Open Ask AI and tap the mic for a hands-free conversation: speak, pause, and Anton sends it and reads the reply — then listens again. Speech uses the browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari). Anton can still create and edit tasks, comment, auto-assign work, and schedule or complete CRM follow-ups after you confirm.
- improvedProjects27 Aug
Pin projects, A–Z list, and client collapse
The project sidebar lists names A–Z with sticky letter headings. Pin a project to keep it at the top of your list (pins are yours alone). Switch to Clients to group by client, with Collapse all / Expand all. Members and project managers only see projects they are on; admins see every project. Project managers and admins are the only ones who get New project.
- improvedProposals27 Aug
Default AMC terms, payment notes, and suggested milestone split
New proposals start with standard AMC terms (10 hours/month for 12 months at 850/hr, unused hours carry forward, OWASP/ISO 27001, third-party services billed to the client) and payment notes (GST extra, AMC billed separately). After the scope document is generated, Investment & Payment Terms suggests a milestone-based split — 40% on kickoff, 30% on the last delivery, the rest in between — using the document's phase plan. You can still edit any of this per proposal or in CRM Settings.
- fixedAI25 Aug
Anton project links still work when you reopen a chat
Project names in an Anton reply stay as tappable links after you leave and come back to the thread, instead of turning into a broken /projects?id=… string.
- newProjects25 Aug
Change Request and Additional Scope documents on Overview
Final Change Request and Additional Scope of Work documents now sit on the project Overview next to the scope document. Anyone on the project team can view or download them without opening the Change Requests tab.
- improvedCRM25 Aug
A cleaner phone layout for SRS and Proposal
On a phone, Chat, SRS, and Proposal sit in one bar. Download and delete move into a menu so the title isn’t crowded, and the fake “Page 0 of 0” line is gone from the preview.
- fixedAI25 Aug
Project names in Anton are real links
When Anton lists projects (for example unassigned work), the project name is a tappable link that opens that project — not a raw [Name](/projects?id=…) string.
- improvedAI25 Aug
Unassigned-task answers link to the project
When you ask Anton which tasks are unassigned, each project name in the reply is a link that opens that project.
- improvedProjects25 Aug
Assign tasks to the project team, one suggested person at a time
The assignee list on a project only shows people who are on that project’s team. After Suggest team, you can add or assign leftover work to each suggested person individually, or assign leftover tasks across the people you selected.
- fixedProjects25 Aug
Change Request tasks get short names, and long titles wrap
Approving a Change Request or Additional Scope of Work now creates tasks with short feature names (for example “One-time payments”) instead of the full “shall” requirement sentence. Long task titles in the task detail panel wrap instead of overflowing.
- fixedProjects25 Aug
CR and Additional Scope files attach reliably
Click or drop requirement files when starting a Change Request or Additional Scope of Work — attached files show as a list with size and a preview. While they upload you see progress, and on the scoping chat you can preview or download them. File text is extracted as markdown so the agent can use it, and you can attach more from the chat itself.
- newAI25 Aug
Anton can find and auto-assign unassigned tasks
Ask Anton which tasks have no owner across projects. If you tell it to assign them automatically, it previews a mapping onto each project’s team (least loaded, or the project’s auto-assign rule) and applies it when you confirm.
- newDashboard21 Aug
Jira-style dashboard gadgets
Add the same gadget more than once, each with its own title, color, and filters. New gadgets include Filter Results, Pie Chart, two-dimensional stats, Assigned to Me, Activity Stream, and Created vs Resolved. Configure, refresh, or maximize from the gadget menu. Admins can set the default layout new users get under Settings → Dashboard.
- improvedAI21 Aug
A quieter home for Anton
Type a question as soon as the chat opens. Briefing, Insights, and Leave sit as three actions, and starter topics are short chips instead of a stack of buttons.
- improvedAI21 Aug
Anton covers more of the ERP
Ask Anton about leads and follow-ups, contracts and estimates, change requests, who is on leave, recruitment, and resource allocations — it looks up live data instead of guessing. Starter questions sit in the chat so you can get an answer in one tap.
- improvedApp20 Aug
Table headers stay visible while you scroll
Column headers on tables across Resource Planning, HR, Reports, Gamification, Finance, and the rest of the product stay pinned to the top as you scroll through rows.
- newRecruitment19 Aug
Location requirement on job postings and resume scores
Job postings have a Location Requirement section (on-site, hybrid, city, relocation). Resume match scores now include a Location bar alongside Skills, Experience, and Education.
- improvedProjects19 Aug
Rename a module on a project
On a project’s List view, hover a module and click the pencil to rename it. Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel.
- improvedProjects19 Aug
Won projects pick up the lead’s client, and you can search CRM contacts
Setting up a project from a Closed/Won deal now assigns the client from the lead’s company and contact. You can also search the CRM contact list (or existing clients) to pick a different one — on setup, and later from the project’s Client card.
- improvedProjects19 Aug
Project setup from a won lead shows progress and notifies you when it’s done
Creating a project from a Closed/Won deal no longer sits on a spinner until it times out. The project is created immediately, a progress bar tracks the plan being built from the scope, and you get a notification when it’s ready — you can keep working in the meantime.
- improvedHR19 Aug
Delete onboarding and offboarding templates
You can now remove a checklist template from Human Resources. Employees already started from it keep their checklists.
- fixedHR19 Aug
Checklists show the employee’s name, and offboarding is labelled correctly
Active checklists list people by name instead of “Employee #21”. Starting someone from an offboarding template now shows as Offboarding, not Onboarding.
- newProjects18 Aug
Suggest a team, then assign leftover tasks
On a project’s Team tab, Suggest team proposes people from skills and current load. You pick who to add. Assign unassigned tasks then spreads only unowned work across that team — already-owned tasks stay put.
- improvedProjects18 Aug
Project plans are scheduled at 8 hours a day
A 750-hour proposal now lands as about 19 weeks (8h × 5 days), matching the approved timeline. Setup uses the organisation’s standard workday length from Settings → Working Hours.
- fixedProjects18 Aug
Project setup uses the latest sent proposal, not an earlier draft
When a lead has more than one sent scope (V1, V2, …), creating the project now builds the plan from the finalized version or the latest one sent to the client — not the last draft that happened to be generated. Setup also lets you pick the version.
- improvedCRM17 Aug
Copy a lead’s email or phone in one click
The lead drawer has a small copy button next to email and phone — including extra numbers and addresses — so you can grab the value without selecting the text.
- fixedHR14 Aug
Hourly rate uses 20 working days, not 30 calendar days
An employee’s hourly cost is monthly salary ÷ 20 working days ÷ the workday length (usually 8 hours). It used to be divided by 30 calendar days.
- improvedTracker14 Aug
A 5-minute punch-out no longer stops your timer
If you tap out on the biometric device and tap back in within 5 minutes, a running task timer keeps going. It only pauses if you stay out longer than that.
- improvedTracker14 Aug
CRM follow-ups show as reminders, not tasks
Lead follow-ups no longer sit in Next, List, Kanban, or Gantt as tasks you cannot manage. They appear in a Reminders section on Focus — open the lead or tick the reminder off.
- newHR14 Aug
See who is in the office on Team Attendance
Each name on today’s Team Attendance list shows In office or Out from their latest biometric punch (or an open manual check-in). Past dates stay as they were.
- newProjects14 Aug
Team lead, PMs, and accounts are notified when a CR or ASOW is created
Creating a Change Request or Additional Scope of Work now notifies the project’s team lead, project managers, and anyone with Finance access. Click the notification to open the request.
- improvedDoc Formatter14 Aug
Only admins see everyone’s conversions
Converted document history is now yours alone unless you are an admin. Admins still see the full org list, including who converted each file.
- fixedDoc Formatter14 Aug
Deleted lines pull text back onto the previous page
Editing a formatted document now reflows pages in both directions. Adding a line can push text to the next sheet, and deleting that line brings it back instead of leaving a gap.
- newDoc Formatter14 Aug
Conversion history, converted by, and find
Every conversion is kept (nothing is deleted) with who converted it. Search the history by title, file, or person, reopen any document, and use Find (⌘F) to jump through matches in the open file.
- newCRM14 Aug
Separate Demos pipeline
CRM now has a Demos board next to Leads. Demo bookings use their own stages — Enquiry, Product Demo & Trial, Proposal & Negotiation, Activation & Won, Retention & Support, Upsell & Expansion, and Lost — and their own follow-up activities in Settings.
- fixedResource14 Aug
Capacity Calendar fills in people who only have subtasks or undated work
Weekly load now includes estimates on assigned subtasks (not just parent tasks) and parks work that has no start or due date in the current week, so those rows no longer sit at 0%.
- fixedResource14 Aug
Skill Matrix shows skills from employee profiles
Skills entered on an employee's HR profile now appear in the matrix. You can still add or remove skills from the grid; those changes stay in sync with the profile.
- improvedHR13 Aug
Biometric punches sync as they happen
ESSL device punches now land in Apro OS as soon as you tap in or out, instead of waiting up to 15 minutes. The old background job is still there as a fallback.
- fixedTracker13 Aug
Punch-out only pauses your own timer
A catch-up of older biometric punches no longer pauses everyone who went out for lunch earlier in the day. Only the person whose latest punch is a recent check-out has their timer stopped.
- newTracker13 Aug
Punching out pauses your running timer
If you still have a task timer running when you punch out on the biometric device, Apro OS pauses it and notifies you. Start the timer again when you are back.
- newRecruitment13 Aug
Automatic resume match scores
Candidates are scored automatically against the job description when a resume is uploaded. Each card shows a 0–100 fit score; open a candidate to see matched and missing skills and a short rationale. Rescore one person, or score everyone still pending on a posting.
- newFinance13 Aug
Split uncategorized income across departments
On Monthly Overview, uncategorized income now has a Split action. Allocate one payment across Design, Development, and Marketing — amounts must add up to the full line. Zoho payments keep that split on the next sync.
- improvedFinance13 Aug
Zoho expenses become their own heads; payments split by invoice and department
Zoho income and expenses now appear in Monthly Overview immediately as Uncategorized. Known expense heads (rent, software, servers, and so on) file themselves. You can rename a Zoho line, add notes, and move it into a department or head — amount and date still follow Zoho.
- improvedPlatform12 Aug
Drag and drop files anywhere you upload
Every upload spot now accepts drag and drop — lead and task attachments, project files, the document formatter, CSV/Excel/Slack imports, contract documents, employee documents, resumes, medical certificates, the vault (drop onto the file area to upload into the current folder), and the company logo. Attachment lists take several files at once, and dropping the wrong file type tells you which types are allowed.
- improvedPlatform12 Aug
New APRO OS branding
The app now carries the new APRO OS logo across the sidebar, login page, and browser tab, along with a refreshed navy sidebar and cyan highlight color.
- improvedVault11 Aug
Share folders, files, and credentials with any teammate
Anyone with Vault access can share a whole folder (all passwords and files inside), a single credential, or a file with a person or team — without needing HR access to pick members. Shared items appear under Shared with Me.
- newCRM11 Aug
Demo bookings land in Enquiry (not only the calendar)
Website discovery/demo bookings create a lead in the Enquiry column with a Demo booked badge and scheduled time, and still book a calendar slot for the owner. New Lead can also mark a manual demo booking with date, duration, and optional meeting link.
- improvedFinance10 Aug
Billing splits Ready to invoice, Awaiting payment, and Payment overdue
Finance → Billing no longer mixes payment AR with unfinished work. See Ready to invoice (work done, still pending), Awaiting payment (invoiced), Payment overdue (invoiced and past due only), and Collected. Mark Invoiced and Mark Paid are available here for anyone with Finance access. Task delivery overdue stays in Projects and Tracker.
- improvedCRM10 Aug
Edit lead notes and click links in notes
You can edit notes on a lead after posting them (author or PM). Web addresses in lead notes and contact notes are clickable and open in a new tab.
- newCRM10 Aug
Choose which lead files go to the proposal AI or the project
On a lead’s Files tab, tick Proposal agent and/or Project handoff per file. Only checked files are sent into proposal discovery; only project-handoff files copy onto the project when the deal is won. New uploads start unchecked; existing files keep proposal access until you change them.
- newProjects10 Aug
CRM notes and files hand off when a project is created
Converting a Closed/Won lead copies all lead notes and any files flagged for project handoff into the new project’s Files tab, so delivery can work without digging through CRM.
- improvedProjects10 Aug
Project tabs stay visible without scrolling
Project tabs are grouped into task views (Overview, List, Kanban, Gantt) and project sections (Team, Milestones, Effort, Workload, Files, Activity, CRs), with a tighter layout that wraps instead of hiding off-screen.
- newFinance7 Aug
Monthly Overview syncs from Zoho Books
Admins can connect Zoho Books under Finance → Zoho Books: customer payments flow in as income (on their payment date) and expenses inherit the category you map their Zoho account to. Synced lines carry a Zoho badge and are read-only; edits, deletions, and voids in Zoho follow automatically every hour. Salaries stay manually entered.
- newProjects7 Aug
Out-of-scope tasks are flagged automatically
When you add a task or subtask to a project, Apro OS checks it against the approved scope. Work that looks out of scope is flagged in the list, and the team lead, project managers, and Accounts are notified so commercial impact is not missed.
- improvedProjects6 Aug
See and manage all emergency work from Projects
Projects overview now lists every emergency assignment (open, linked, or cancelled). PMs can link open items to a project for the assignee, cancel ones that are no longer needed, or open the linked task once it’s on a project.
- newProjects6 Aug
Assign emergency work before a project exists
PMs can assign urgent work directly to teammates from My Tasks or Projects. Assignees see a “Needs project” list, link the work to the right project, then start the timer as usual. Billable emergency tasks are flagged for Accounts when completed.
- newFinance6 Aug
Unbilled emergency tasks queue
Finance → Unbilled Tasks lists completed billable emergency work so Accounts can find it, open the project task, and mark it billed with an optional invoice reference and notes. Completing such a task notifies everyone with Finance access.
- improvedHR6 Aug
Month-end completed work by team, member, and project
HR Reports → Monthly can focus on tasks completed in the month, with pivots by team, member, and project, plus estimated vs actual hours and variance. CSV export includes the same columns for month-end handoff.
- improvedCalendar5 Aug
Calendar shows only what concerns you
For team members, the calendar now shows only items related to them: their meetings, task deadlines, lead follow-ups, interviews and leaves, milestones of projects they are on, and company-wide events. Milestones and events from unrelated projects no longer appear, and milestone amounts are visible to admins and project managers only.
- newCRM5 Aug
Lead-only CRM access for sales roles
Team members with CRM access can now create leads themselves and move their own leads through the pipeline — each member sees only the leads they created or were assigned. Contacts is now a separately grantable module in Settings → Module Access, so a lead-focused role (e.g. a sales consultant) can work the pipeline without seeing the org-wide contact directory. Per-lead assignment toggles were clarified: “Edit lead & stages” covers lead edits and stage moves, while “Manage scope docs” covers creating, editing, finalizing and sending scope documents.
- fixedProjects4 Aug
CR/ASOW file upload and total hours on Proposal PDFs
Requirement files attached when starting a change request or ASOW now reliably reach the scoping agent. Proposal (companion) PDFs show total hours on the cover and body — summed from the phase plan when the AI omits an explicit total.
- improvedCalendar4 Aug
Invite more people to website discovery calls
In Settings → CRM you can now pick additional teammates who get invited to every discovery call booked on the website — the call appears on their calendars and they are notified, alongside the default lead owner.
- improvedProjects4 Aug
Richer CR / ASOW briefing before scoping chat
When you open a change request or additional scope of work, you can paste a detailed requirement write-up and attach files (PDF, Word, and more). The scoping agent reads that context on the first turn. Projects without a formal scope (e.g. imports from a legacy PM tool) fall back to the live phase/task inventory so the agent still knows what is already in delivery.

- improvedTools31 Jul
True A4 pages in the Document Formatter
The Document Formatter viewer now renders the document as real A4 pages with page breaks and the branded header and footer on every page — and keeps that layout while you edit — so what you see matches the downloaded PDF.
- newTools30 Jul
Document Formatter
Upload any Word document (.docx) and get it back in the company document style — running header/footer, standard typography, styled tables. Edit the content in place, then download the branded PDF. Found under Tools & Utilities.
- improvedRecruitment30 Jul
Richer candidate handling
Resumes open inline without downloading, candidates can carry a portfolio link, and candidates can now be added manually alongside applications from job postings.
- improvedContracts23 Jul
Contract approval workflow
Contracts now move through explicit approval stages, and the contract detail dialog was reorganized to make status, milestones, and documents easier to follow.
- improvedContracts22 Jul
Real party details in contract documents
Contract text now pulls the actual party details — organization and client name with the client's address — into the party clause, and an AMC contract template library was seeded. Also fixed a client list error introduced by the new address field.
- fixedProposals22 Jul
More reliable companion scope documents
Generated companion scope documents are now validated, with automatic retry and escalation to a stronger model when output is malformed. The scope chat also confirms project hours with you before generating.
- newCRM20 Jul
Default owner for website leads
Leads captured from the website form can be auto-assigned to a configurable default owner instead of landing unowned.
- fixedProposals15 Jul
Scope chat reliability
The scope discovery chat now recovers from malformed AI responses instead of falling back to a generic re-prompt, and message ordering is stable so answer-option pills always render with their question.
- newHR14 Jul
ESSL biometric attendance
Attendance can now come straight from ESSL biometric devices: punches are pulled automatically and paired by device direction to derive daily attendance, with a punch-breakdown popup showing the raw in/out times behind each day.
- newFinance13 Jul
Ready-to-bill milestones
The Billing tab surfaces project milestones that are ready to bill, and the project milestone list shows a matching "Ready to invoice" pill — so nothing billable slips through.
- improvedCRM13 Jul
Contacts linked to clients
Contacts can be linked to a client company, and the project client card now shows the right client details.
- improvedRecruitment13 Jul
More detailed job postings
Job postings now carry an experience range (free-text), a short description, and skill tags.
- newProjects10 Jul

A project phase can be moved out into a new standalone project, with a folder hierarchy picker to choose where it lands.

Quick side tasks
Log quick tasks that don't belong to any project directly from My Tasks — no project setup needed.
- improvedProjects8 Jul

Project pickers are organized folder-wise, projects show per-member hour breakdowns, and each project gets a client card.
- newProjects3 Jul
Merge projects and browse by client
Two projects can be merged into one, projects gained client visibility, and the sidebar offers a by-client view of the project list.
- newVault3 Jul
Encrypted file storage
The Vault now stores files as first-class items, encrypted at rest — alongside the existing credential entries.
- newFinance2 Jul
Period comparison on Monthly Overview
Compare periods with cumulative income/expense timelines on the Monthly Overview. The Finance page also got a full visual refresh, and the duplicate-month dialog no longer overflows.

Refreshed HR overview and People tab
The HR overview and People tab were redesigned with a cleaner header, metrics, and table layout.
- improvedAssets2 Jul
Assets page overhaul
Sticky list header, tabbed layout with metrics, a warranty column, a side-pane form, and per-row edit / status / delete actions. Status changes now keep assignment state consistent.

The AI chat and scope-generation agents were upgraded to Claude Sonnet 4.6 for better quality answers and documents.
- newProjects25 Jun

Build a task checklist once and apply it to any project — new or existing — with dates offset automatically from the project start. Templates can also be imported from and exported to Excel.
- newProposals25 Jun
Design and marketing scope bundles
Scope generation now has dedicated bundles for design projects and marketing retainers. Retainer proposals spell out what the client receives and how often for every deliverable, plus a KPIs & Success Criteria table tied to the engagement duration.
- fixedProposals25 Jun
Discovery chat improvements
The scope discovery chat now addresses your team instead of speaking to the client, and choosing 'Other (please specify)' lets you type your own answer.
- fixedHR25 Jun
Hours kept when tasks gain subtasks
Time tracked on a task before it was broken into subtasks is no longer lost from the timesheet — the original session closes out properly and the earlier hours are preserved.
- fixedResources24 Jun
Capacity Calendar shows real utilization
Planned load is now derived from each person's assigned task estimates spread across working days, and weekly capacity follows your organization's working hours and holiday calendar — no more empty 0% columns.
- newGamification24 Jun
Weekly full-hours bonus
Earn bonus points each week for clocking your full standard hours on every working day. Approved paid leave and holidays are excused, so time off doesn't cost you the point.
- newSettings24 Jun
Control over email notifications
Admins can now switch each email APEX sends on or off from Settings → Notifications, with every real email event listed and grouped by module.
- newFinance24 Jun
Monthly financial overview
A new Monthly Overview — now the default Finance view — tracks income versus expenses with inline line-item entry and subtotals by category and department. It adds per-department performance and cost-per-employee metrics, and you can duplicate recurring entries from any month into any other.
- improvedProjects24 Jun
Overview tiles open detail pages
Every status tile on the Projects overview — Active, Planning, On Hold, Completed, Maintenance and Live — now opens a full list of the projects behind the number. Live counts only projects with a timer genuinely running right now.
- improvedHR23 Jun
Report filters and timesheet corrections
HR Reports can now be filtered by employee, project and status, with a totals row summing the visible results. Admins can also manually correct a recorded timesheet session when the timer told the wrong story.
- newHR23 Jun
Cancel an approved leave
Managers can cancel a leave that was already approved — the leave balance is restored and any Loss of Pay payroll deduction is reversed automatically.
- fixedProjects23 Jun
Task and subtask fixes
Several subtask bugs were squashed: subtasks created by non-admins are now assigned to their creator, and time tracking, points and access all behave correctly on tasks with subtasks.
- newRecruitment22 Jun
Richer job postings and interview scheduling
Job postings now carry statuses and structured sections, can be edited after creation, and you can schedule candidate interviews right from the module.
- newHR22 Jun
Editable onboarding checklists
Manage onboarding templates and their checklist items yourself, or load a set of standard defaults as a starting point.
- fixedMy Tasks22 Jun
Lead follow-ups are actionable again
CRM lead follow-ups listed in My Tasks can now be opened and completed there — they no longer fail with 'Task not found'.
- improvedProposals22 Jun
Custom UI/UX reflected in scope documents
SRS, ASOW and change request documents now treat custom UI/UX design and frontend work as first-class scope items instead of glossing over them.
- fixedHR22 Jun
Office stock starting quantity
New office stock items now keep the initial quantity you enter when creating them.
- improvedHR19 Jun
Leave balance with accrual and carry-over
Leave now accrues as a day-based annual balance, with unused days carrying forward through the year — replacing the flat one-request-per-month cap. When your paid balance runs out, you can explicitly apply for Loss of Pay, which still routes for approval and reflects in payroll.
- newRecruitment19 Jun
Job openings on your website
Open positions can now be published to your public website through a careers feed, and creating a job posting no longer fails with a validation error.
- newAssets19 Jun
Full asset register with CSV import
The asset register now holds the complete asset sheet, and you can bring in an existing register in one go via CSV import. Hardware can also be viewed as a collapsible tree grouped by the employee holding each item.
- fixedHR16 Jun
Employee personal details are saved
Personal information entered when creating an employee is now stored and shown on their profile instead of being silently dropped.
- newHR15 Jun
Overtime, performance reports and holidays in HR
A new Overtime tab calculates weekly and monthly overtime net of the period — extra hours count only once you exceed the period's standard working hours, with paid leave reducing the requirement. Weekly and Monthly Performance reports are now built into HR, and holiday management moved over from Settings.
- fixedHR13 Jun
Weekend and after-hours work is recorded
Timer sessions on weekends or outside office hours are now recorded at their real duration instead of being zeroed out, so timesheets and attendance reflect the work that actually happened.
- newProposals12 Jun
Companion Proposal document
Every SRS — and CR/ASOW — now comes with a client-friendly companion Proposal document, available in the document switcher and downloads. It can be generated on demand for older documents, versions in lockstep when you send to the client, and PDFs show the draft version next to the generated date.
- newCRM12 Jun
Turn won leads into projects
Convert a won lead into a project when you're ready: pick the team lead, start date and destination folder, and tasks are pre-filled from the scope's functional requirements. Won leads still awaiting setup are flagged on the kanban card, and the chosen team lead is notified in-app.
- improvedProjects12 Jun
Budget privacy and Maintenance status
The project Budget card is now hidden behind an eye toggle by default, and projects can be marked with a new Maintenance status.
- improvedDashboard12 Jun
Self-arranging widgets
Dashboard widgets now auto-arrange into a responsive grid, keeping the layout tidy on any screen size.
- improvedGamification12 Jun
Leaderboard levels, Today view and points on My Tasks
The leaderboard gained a Today period and level names, My Tasks shows your points summary with a link to the leaderboard, and My Profile now explains the rules behind how points are earned.
- improvedGamification11 Jun
Points awarded reliably, plus achievement details
The points engine now credits you as you complete work — including when a subtask is marked done — and past activity was backfilled so your history is complete. You can also click any employee on the leaderboard for a detailed view of their achievements, and browse the full rankings beyond the top spots.
- newProjects11 Jun
Recurring tasks for marketing retainers
Marketing-retainer projects created from a scope now populate their deliverables as tasks, with weekly and monthly deliverables set up as recurring tasks that roll until the engagement ends.
- newProjects9 Jun
Board automation rules
Automate your boards Trello-style: build rules like 'when a card moves to In Review, set its priority to urgent' or 'every Monday at 9am, create a card' through a simple three-step wizard.
- newMy Tasks9 Jun
Request missed or weekend hours
Forgot to start your timer, or worked a weekend? Request the hours retroactively under the task; once your project lead and then the CTO approve, the time counts like any timed session. Requests can't claim future time, and the CTO can roll back an approval made in error.
- newProjects8 Jun
Change requests and additional scope of work
Raise change requests and additional scope of work on any project through a guided chat — your answers become an industry-standard CR/ASOW document ready to share with the client.
- newProposals8 Jun
SRS-format scopes with guided discovery
Scope documents are now generated in a professional SRS format, and discovery happens through a guided chat with tappable answer options instead of a blank text box.
- newHR5 Jun
Leave policies, WFH and half-days
A full leave policy engine arrives: define policies, request work-from-home, take half-day leaves counted as 0.5 days, and track violations with automatic escalation — all self-serve.
- newHR3 Jun
Attendance from task timers
Attendance can now be derived automatically from task timers — first start is check-in, last stop is check-out, with active versus idle hours computed in between. Everyone gets a My Attendance card, and the admin team view shows Active and Idle hours.
- newHR1 Jun
HR Overview dashboard
The HR module now opens with an Overview dashboard, including a billable ratio bar and employees grouped by team.
- newMy Tasks1 Jun
Work History tab
A new History tab shows a chronological feed of your work — what you started, paused and completed, and when.
- improvedHR1 Jun
Exact session times in the timesheet
Hover any timesheet cell to see the start and end times of each work session behind the number. Totals also got more accurate: parent tasks with subtasks no longer double-count their own hours.
- improvedDashboard1 Jun
More relevant action items
Dashboard action items now only surface milestones from projects you're a member of, and skip projects that are On Hold or Inactive.
- improvedEstimates1 Jun
PDF preview and quick download
Preview the estimate PDF right in the app before sharing, and download it directly — with a descriptive filename — via a new Download button next to Save.
May 2026
- newHR29 May
Team timesheet
A new Timesheet tab in HR shows a weekly people-by-days grid of everyone's tracked hours, with a per-employee drill-down by task, flags for overtime and still-running timers, and CSV export. You can also review your own week in the same style from My Tasks.
- newMy Tasks27 May
Forgotten-timer safety net
Leave a timer running past the end of your workday and you now get a reminder; timers still running late at night are paused automatically. You're also notified when your tracked hours for a day pass the overtime threshold.
- fixedReports27 May
Team Performance shows real hours
The Team Performance report could show 0h for people who were actively working. It now counts currently running timers and attributes subtask sessions to the correct dates.
- newProjects26 May
Project Team tab
Each project now has a Team tab where admins assign a project lead and manage the member roster. Leads, team members, and task assignees automatically see their projects, and you can search the projects sidebar by project, client, or folder name.
- newProjects26 May
Projects overview page
Opening Projects now lands on an overview instead of jumping into the first project: status counts, your overdue, due-today, and this-week tasks, and upcoming milestones across your projects. Estimated hours from the proposal are now filled in on every task, so project totals no longer show zero.
- newProjects26 May
Scope document for the whole team
Project members can now open the scope document as an in-app PDF preview with all financial details — totals, payment terms, AMC pricing, bank details — stripped out. Read the scope without seeing the money.
- improvedProjects26 May
Task permissions that match how you work
The task assignee now owns status changes and can rename their task, while the task creator can delete it. Members' status updates no longer fail when other fields ride along.
- improvedProjects26 May
Cleaner project sidebar and topbar
Sidebar rows were reworked with a tidy action menu (including Delete), and the project topbar now shows the folder path as a breadcrumb so you always know where you are.
- fixedProjects26 May
Task list stays put
Changing a task's status from the dropdown no longer reshuffles the list under you. Adding members to a folder also works again.
- fixedMy Tasks26 May
One timer at a time, everywhere
Closed the last loopholes that let two timers run at once — creating a task directly in an active status, or reassigning a task with a running timer. The top-right timer badge also refreshes immediately when you start a task from Projects.
- improvedMy Tasks26 May
Denser focus view
The focus view fits more on screen, and you can change a task's status straight from the task card.
- newVault26 May
Vault for everyone, with CSV import
Vault is now available to all users, and you can import password entries from a CSV export (such as Zoho Vault). Folders are created automatically, and any problem rows are reported instead of failing the whole import.
- improvedCRM26 May
Flip through leads without leaving the drawer
The lead drawer now has previous/next navigation that walks through the stage you opened it from. Moving a lead to another stage also places it at the top of that stage so it's easy to find.
- improvedProjects25 May
Project page polish
Rename a project by clicking its title, see the current milestone highlighted, and financial figures are now visible to admins only.
- fixedCRM25 May
Won leads convert reliably
Marking a lead as Won no longer fails to auto-create the project when the lead has more than one proposal.
- fixedCRM22 May
Follow-up reminders that actually remind
Follow-ups now take a time as well as a date, and you get a notification when one is due. The follow-up form also captures medium, department, and assignee.
- newCRM22 May
Preview lead attachments in-app
Click View on a lead attachment to preview it in a popup right inside the app — no more downloading files just to peek at them.
- improvedProposals22 May
Scope AI reads your attachments
PDF and Word files attached to a lead are now fed to the scope generator, so requirement documents from the client automatically inform the generated scope.
- fixedCRM22 May
Small CRM fixes
Clearing a lead's budget now works and pillar pipeline totals update correctly, and the AI chat button shows up properly on mobile again.
- improvedProposals19 May
Clearer scope document sections
The AMC Process and AMC Terms sections were merged into a single "AMC Process & Terms" section, "Change Request Rate" is now the clearer "AMC Rate", and the Deliverables-at-a-Glance columns got plainer names.
- newProjects15 May
Timers on subtasks
Start and stop timers directly on subtasks — time rolls up to the parent task, subtask estimates are capped by the parent, and subtasks show up in My Tasks by due date. The topbar timer menu now also lists your due and actionable tasks with links to each one, and the dashboard's active-timer widget shows the correct elapsed time.
- newCRM14 May
Partner companies and rate cards
Track partner companies with hourly rate cards per project type. Partner leads carry the partner, project type, and an optional custom rate, and the effective rate is locked onto the project when the lead converts — so later rate-card changes don't reprice in-flight work.
- improvedAI14 May
Ask AI moves to the topbar
The floating AI orb was replaced with a neat "Ask AI" pill in the topbar — same assistant, less screen clutter.
- improvedCRM14 May
More board, less chrome
The CRM page header was collapsed into two compact rows and lead names get the full card width, leaving more room for the pipeline itself.

Past tab, and access for everyone
My Tasks is now available to every user, and a new "Past" tab shows your day-by-day hours broken down per project.
- improvedProjects13 May
Add tasks inline
Create tasks directly inside a Kanban column or at the top of a List section, without opening a dialog.
- newMy Tasks12 May
Timer badge in the topbar
A topbar badge shows your running timer and today's total hours, with a per-project breakdown one click away.
- newMessaging11 May
Import your Slack history
Admins can import a Slack archive into chat. Imported messages are labeled with the original sender, and markdown links in messages now render as clickable links.
- newProjects11 May
Folder-level access
Non-admins now only see the folders (and the projects inside them) they've been added to, while admins keep full visibility — so each team works in its own space.
- newCRM11 May
Multiple emails and phones per contact
Lead contacts can now hold several email addresses and phone numbers instead of just one of each. The lead drawer's tab row also scrolls horizontally on phones.
- newSettings11 May
Anton AI widget opt-out
Prefer a quieter screen? A new setting lets you turn off the Anton AI chat widget.
- improvedProjects11 May
Easier board scrolling, safer subtasks
Kanban and Gantt views get floating scroll arrows like the leads board, and a parent task can no longer be closed while one of its subtasks still has a live timer.
- fixedMy Tasks11 May
Due dates behave
Tasks due today are no longer flagged as overdue, and picking a due date no longer lands one day off for Indian time zones.
- newMy Tasks8 May
One timer at a time
Starting a task now automatically pauses your other running timers, so tracked hours stay honest without you having to remember to stop anything.
- improvedProposals8 May
Smarter proposal defaults
The scope PDF header and body now report the same project duration, new proposals pre-fill your organization's default payment terms, and maintenance carry-forward is on by default for new organizations.
- newCRM8 May
Lead timeline and cold-lead alerts
See when a lead was created, last modified, and moved between stages — and lead owners get an alert when a lead has gone cold for over 3 days (the threshold is configurable in CRM settings).
- fixedProjects7 May
Project permission fixes
Several permission glitches around who can edit tasks, start timers, and filter task lists were sorted out, and subtasks can now carry their own start and due dates.
